Retail orders placed on or before 1:00 p.m. (CST) during normal business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays) will ship the same day. Otherwise, retail orders will ship the following business day.

We currently only ship within the continental United States and Canada (however, we are working to provide international shipping. 🤠).

 

Bought too many items? Not in love with what you bought? No problem! Retail products may be returned unopened, in new and unused condition, and within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund (buyer responsible for shipping costs). Please submit returns requests by email at party@partywest.com.

Note: Damaged products may not be returned. Therefore, please ensure any returns are properly packaged prior to shipping.
